Traci Weiss is a Senior Associate at Warner Bates with over 15 years of experience in civil litigation. For more than a decade, her main focus has been in family law and domestic relations litigation (including paternity, legitimation, divorce, annulments, child custody, support, property division, alternative dispute resolution, prenuptial agreements, adoption, enforcement and modification and related matters). Traci is also trained as a mediator and Guardian Ad Litem. She is equipped to fight for what is right but also recognizes the value and importance of negotiation and creative problem-solving in sensitive matters.

Traci has also contributed to revisions and updates to Georgia Domestic Relations – Forms and Practice, a book including guides to the practice of family law in Georgia and related forms highly regarded by lawyers throughout the state, every year since 2012.
Traci is an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the Charles Longstreet Weltner Family Law American Inn of Court (Barrister, 2010-present); Atlanta Bar Association, Family Law Section (2005-present); Cobb County Bar Association (2013-present), Family Law Section and General Section; and DeKalb County Bar Association (2010-present), Family Law Section.
A native of eastern Long Island, New York, Traci graduated from Binghamton University (S.U.N.Y.) with a B.A. in political science and history before earning her J.D. from Emory University School of Law. Together with her husband, Oscar, Traci is the proud parent of a young son, daughter, and stepson. She enjoys finding opportunities for travel, outdoor adventure, movies and musical theater.
