Pat Healy serves Warner Bates as firm administrator, bringing over 30 years of experience in the legal field to draw on in her work keeping the entire team well organized and moving forward. Pat transitioned into human resources and office management after substantial experience as a legal secretary and paralegal specializing in labor and employment law litigation. She has additional experience as Judicial Assistant/Courtroom Deputy for a federal judge.
Pat is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and its Atlanta chapter, where she is also Secretary. Her education includes an associate’s degree in Business Management from Columbia College and Paralegal Studies at Clayton State College. In addition, Pat completed Kennesaw State University’s Human Resource Management Certificate Program. She also dedicates her time as a volunteer paralegal at the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, for the Saturday Lawyer program, in addition to her time spent as a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
A native of the Chicago, Illinois area, Pat is a longtime Georgia resident who makes her home in Smyrna. Pat studied, performed and taught classical piano for 15 years as a child and teenager, and still considers music of many genres one of life’s greatest pleasures. Her other hobbies and interests include travel, cooking and entertaining for family and friends, and pro football.
