Prior to joining Warner Bates in February 2018, Attorney Andrew McClintock practiced primarily in the areas of estate planning and probate litigation, during which time he assisted clients with long-term and end-of-life planning, helping secure guardianships and conservatorships for vulnerable family members, as well as representing them in will contests, intestate probate disputes, and other assorted civil matters.

Andrew is a “double dawg,” having earned both his bachelor’s degree and J.D. from the University of Georgia. In law school, he was a recipient of the Law School Association and UGA Law Foundation Scholarships. He served as a student advocate in the Family Violence Clinic, helping victims of domestic violence petition for Temporary Protective Orders, and in the Community Health Law Partnership, where he was recognized for his work assisting elderly and disabled clients seeking public benefits. Andrew is a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity.

Andrew lives in East Atlanta Village with his wife and son and enjoys reading, cooking, and playing with his dogs.
