Diane Boyd serves as a paralegal to James J. McGinnis, Barry B. McGough, Elinor H. Hitt, Charles V. Crowe and Andrew B. McClintock at Warner Bates. Diane joined the firm in April 2014 after gaining years of experience in the field of family law as well as the area of insurance defense litigation.
Diane is a true Atlanta native, originally from Marietta, Georgia and a graduate of Walton High School. She attended Kennesaw State University and received a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2007. She obtained her Paralegal Certificate from Emory University in 2009.
Diane is a PACE Registered Paralegal®, nationally certified through the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA). Diane is also a member of the Georgia Association of Paralegals (GAP).
