Barbara Rice Gross is a family law paralegal with Warner Bates. She has 27 years of professional experience assisting clients and attorneys, including 10 years at the firm.
A recipient of the Loving Family award, Barbara appreciates that every day is different – there’s never a dull moment in family law. She relishes the fact that in her professional capacity, she is able to assist people in dealing with the effects of divorce which can often be an emotional situation. She understands that each client’s experiences are unique, and also very personal to the people involved.
Barbara is originally from Hattiesburg, Mississippi but spent 28 years living in California before making her home in Acworth, Georgia. She attended Cerritos College in Cerritos, California. Barbara and her husband of 19 years are the parents of adult children.
In addition to her children and step-children, Barbara and her husband served as Foster Parents for underprivileged children, for which she has been honored with several Foster Parent Awards from Devereux Foster Family a nonprofit provider of behavioral healthcare.
She is also involved with the philanthropic Ryan Lee Holland Cancer Foundation. In her free time, Barbara loves baking and putting together enormous jigsaw puzzles (those with 1500 or more pieces).
